Deliveries, returns, refunds and replacement policy
ustomer satisfaction is at the forefront of all our handpicked deliveries, and we take time to ensure that every item we deliver is in perfect condition. However, if you are not satisfied, we are happy to replace or issue a full refund on most products within the cancellation period.
For fresh groceries you have a window of 7 days to issue a refund.
For all non-edible grocery products, you have 14 days to change your mind and issue a refund. We ask that products are returned in its original packaging and condition.
For all exchanges and refunds please quote your order number, which can be found on the top of your receipt.

Like for like swap
We anticipate to always deliver what you have purchased, however should there be an occasion when we are out of stock of an item, we will strive to find you a like for like match of the item you have purchased.
Deliveries
We are the stars of deliveries and that is why our delivery drivers give you updates to inform you of their arrival time. We always aim to place your items into your hands, however should there be occasions when you are not at home, please let us know the safest place to leave your items.
Customers must spend a minimum of Ā£15 to purchase items from Oyaah, this will be accompanied with a standard delivery charge.
Customers who spend Ā£40 and more on Oyaah automatically receive our free next day delivery option.
